In the book “Emotional Intelligence: Why It Can Matter More Than IQ,” Daniel says that the formula that creates that create success is only 15% formal education. 85% of what creates success is passion, perseverance and character traits like integrity.

    What is Daniel’s definition of “success”? Is he referring to success in an objective way (salary, job title, awards)? Does he consider subjective success (e.g. enjoyment of work, satisfaction in accomplishments, connection with colleagues, meaningful mission)?
