Pastors and lay staff: There are a couple of tracks that you may be especially interested in. The Pastors Toolbox and (if they are male) Faith Club for Men.
Of course bring your youth to the event too. If you do not want to have supervisory responsibility for your students, bring adult sponsors (ratio 1 adult per 8 students, same gender).

What a great idea! Keep me in mind if there’s something I can help with in this project, this year, or some year in the future. Would love to talk with you and/or Don about using coaching as a tool to support discipleship growth. Can be really powerful!
BTW Bishop Mike, JD Struckmann and I were talking about you the other day. I didn’t know you two knew each other at Valpo. JD is pretty much a lifelong friend of mine. We went to camp together as kids.
