It was fun to see photos of some of the watch parties.

With all the Zoom fatigue I was worried about 1) attendance and a quorum and 2) It not be talking heads constantly. I needn’t have worried. You stepped up for #1 and our tech folks used lots of videos for #2.

We celebrated ministry and talked about moving forward into a new, post-pandemic future. We elected council, committees and 2022 voting members. We passed a budget and compensation guidelines. We worshipped together and had more online conversation on the Whova app than I could keep up with.

Thank you for engaging in this new medium, and when there were disagreements on issues, that you did so graciously. Love this synod. We’ll keep you posted on plans for next year.
